Zach had this phobia of problem sums solving since P3 as they get more challenging. That affected his confidence in scoring for his favourite subject - Math, hence also affected his mid year score (Grade 3) when he was in P4.
Though he was having Math group tuition in other centre & I knew his understanding of math concepts was already good, what he really need was focused guidance on more tactical & clearer approach to problem sums solving.
Therefore, I decided to look around & came across EzyMath videos on problem sums solving; from there, I knew EzyMath is going to help Zach to go further than his current level. Their approach & explanations are just so clear , understandable & logical that I knew this is what Zach needed!
After enrolling Zach in EzyMath in July 2022, his confidence in Math, especially problem sums solving, increased by leaps & bounds, months by months, till he got Grade 1 for his final year exams ! The best outcome is he came to me, exclaiming “Mummy, I’m no longer fearful of problem sums !”
EzyMath class materials are very clear & focused on equipping with Zach in finding solutions, enabling him in applying what he learnt in school & Mr Chen’s class. Furthermore, Mr Chen has made lot of efforts in identifying Zach’s weaknesses & worked with him to improve on the identified areas. Lastly, words of encouragement & implementing rewards system also motivates Zach to want to attend EzyMath class every week , though it’s a 20 min drive away from our place.
Indeed, we are very blessed to find EzyMath & Mr Chen to help Zach to gain his confidence in Math again!

"I’ve been with Mr Kelvin for 6 years since Primary Five and now I have graduated from Secondary School. He has helped me improve tremendously in Mathematics from my primary school days. I remember dreading to attend math classes in Primary School as problem sums were getting more and more challenging. However, after attending Mr Kelvin’s classes since Primary Five, he has helped me to understand the syllabus better. Gradually, I developed an interest in Mathematics. He managed to help me sustain my interest in the subject till today.
Mr Kelvin will think of many ways to explain a complex concept to me, which sets him apart from many ordinary teachers. His classes are accustomed to meet the needs of different students, and the pace of learning is just nice. Personally, I find the notes very useful when I study for my O Level Examinations. Mr. Chen is funny, friendly, and approachable, making lessons more fun and engaging, at the same time, exciting to attend.
The booklets they give us have a good amount of questions to practice on and the questions often appear in exams. Hence it provides us with the perfect amount of revision and practice. They contain questions that are a bit challenging as well to make sure we are familiar with as many question types as possible.
Since the teacher is approachable, it makes it easy to communicate my doubts with him. He explains the math concepts very well too.

Mr. Kelvin is a dedicated, amiable, and passionate teacher. He explains difficult concepts well and my mathematics has improved tremendously with his guidance. The notes are easy to comprehend and concise. He exposes us to a multiplicity of questions so that we can be familiar with the different possible questions that may come up in our examinations. He also offers make-up lessons for the classes you miss. The lessons are fun too. ^-^

"EzyMath Studio has helped me improve a lot for my Math. Before joining EzyMath, I could not even do simple algebra or graphs. After joining the tuition, my math improved by a lot. From 49.5% (in term 1) to 72% (in term 4). I was also given a chance to take NA A-Math!
EzyMath Studio has also made me realise math is actually fun when you understand the concepts. Tuition is fun, especially when the teacher, Mr Kelvin is funny and encouraging. He helps us 1 by 1 and helps us to improve on our weaker areas.

"I like that i could treat my teacher like a friend. If i get any questions wrong or if i have any questions, he would never hesitate to answer and he would not scold at all. I find all materials useful, such as the papers and different methods he taught us. The lessons are well planned and suits all my needs. "I like that we get bubble tea as reward sometimes. It makes the class more motivated and more energetic. EzyMath provides a lot of notes and practices to prepare us for exams.
